Every new year I am bombarded with questions about the coming year. To me every New Year is like a bright shiny penny. If it stays on the ground it will get tarnished and drab-looking but if it is picked up with enthuiasium it has a chance to gleam in the light.

I am asked “What does the new year have in store for me? This question is asked by everyone who has a palm reading with me. People seek answers and want to know what to look for in their near future, what to steer clear of and how to manage whatever life throws at them. By knowing ahead of the curve they are one step ahead of the game.

The human palm is a storehouse of valuable information. It holds secrets to one’s past, shows what is going on in one’s life today and it foretells what is about to happen to the individual in the future. The lines are like a road map that someone insightful who is in the “know”, such as a Palmist can decipher to guide one in the decision-making process we all have to go through at various times in life.

Our lives are full of diversity, in situations, personalities and the choices we must make. Everyone needs to think before taking any action, then follow through to completion. A palm reading aids in an individual’s progress toward steps to take that are necessary in order to move forward in life. Hands are the mirror of the soul.

When a problem exists a solution can be found that will be beneficial for the person if they are shown there are choices available. Palmistry does not make the decision. The individual must use free will and go with the best possible route to correct a situation, alter it or change it completely.

A reading can hit high and low points in a person’s life. The lines do not lie; they are imprinted on a hand, present at birth. It is the time element of living and moving from one experience to another during a lifetime that changes their direction. Sometimes a line stops for no apparent reason. Sometimes lines meander across other markings then stop. Some start in another time frame. Example: A person in their 20’s could be going in one direction but by their late 30’s change and go in another. The lines will show the switch, sometimes for the better, sometimes not.

to treat my symptoms?
What was my health picture like as a child?
Did I have a long time in the birth canal?
Why do I always feel tired and run down?
Am I headed into depression?
I don’t want to live a really long time; what do you see?

Questions I am asked about the Love line:
Will I find true love this time around?
Will I get over the hurt from this divorce?
Will I end up with my soul mate?
Will a partner stand by me for the rest of my life?
Will I be happy and content in this relationship?
Will the rough time with my family smooth out?

Questions I am asked about the Work line:
Is there any improvement in the job situation soon?
Will I be promoted or overlooked again?
Would an updated resume be a good idea to have ready in case a company folds?
What is my financial stability picture in the next five years?
Will my company survive this recession?

Questions I am asked about Reproduction:
Will we have any more children?
Will we be able to conceive? Will there be any twins?
Will our babies be born perfect?
How many children do you see on my hand?

Questions I am asked about the Bracelets:
Am I wishy-washy? Scattered? Fearful?
Did I have to make more decisions than the average person?
Will my life be easier now?What does my time line show now?

In conclusion: palm reading is one way to find the answers one seeks.

Most individuals believe they know and understand the term “soul mate”, but if asked to define it they can simply answer with fuzzy meanings that do not convey the true meaning.

Love is a stepping stone in the development of an individual; it is unconditional, total commitment to another. We grow to love and love to grow and in that way merge with the Universal Intelligence and in so doing can hope to manifest a soul mate. Love and the human spirit are our most enduring gift from God.

WHAT IS A SOUL MATE?
Someone you meet at a soul level, feel what the other is feeling at the same time. Soul mates meet in this world and merge as ecstatic, creative, evolving and living souls.

The chance meeting of soul mates is predestined for their soul’s growth. All learning is a procedure of remembering the past. We are the sum total of all our experience from the beginning of time. Soul mates recognize their counterparts internally if they have bonded with that person previously. In an instant the human system simply “knows” they have come into contact with one of their soul mates.

Every soul mate union has the following present:
Honesty
Trust
Respect
Affection
Spontaneity

RELATIONSHIPS
Relationship can be a spiritual path of enlightenment. The basis of any relationship must be built on truthful communication where neither person feels superior or the top dog all the time. Soul mates bond and feel as if they are one; two minds working in tandem as a single unit. Nurturing and loving, this bond can be with friends, lovers or family members. Soul mates are created at a soul level. A person needs to get in touch with their own essence, to feel the soul and get a sense of what gives them a feeling of true happiness. One must discover how to clear out the old patterns and allow the new ones in. By asking Universe, the angels and one’s higher self for guidance in bringing to them who and what they desire and need, it can happen. Of course blocking and the walls one puts up must be removed or they will keep the person from attracting anyone new into their life. By setting up inner changes the path for a soul mate to enter is clear, waiting on the perfect timing to occur. To get a soul mate’s attention one’s natural vibration has to be revved up, working as a beacon in the night. A person with high energy can feel their soul mate’s presence even if they are in a room with 400 people.

What is of utmost importance is not what you get out of a relationship, but what you give to it.

A true mate is the other half of self. What is given to a mate is re-given. It is not only about the people who interact with each other, but the vehicle that shapes life. Relationships that touch the soul lead us into a dialogue with eternity and the Divinity itself. Relationships have some difficulties in the beginning where emotions may be strong but confusing. Tips, Tricks and Techniques for Fairs and Trade Shows

Marketing Advice for those who are vendors in shows, or fairs:
MARKETING TIPS

1. AS A METAPHYSICIAN THINK OF YOUR TALENT AS A BUSINESS:
Conduct your work as though another had hired you to perform.
Example: Don’t take too many breaks
Don’t visit too much
Don’t trade too many readings (You’ll miss customers)
Stay seated; be available 99% of the time
Always arrive early - never late

2. YOU ARE YOUR OWN BUSINESS: Keep records of how many people you have seen, how much money you have taken in and the time frame.

3. LOCATE FAIRS/EVENTS:
Call cities listed in front of phone book and ask to be put on their mailing list. Inquire if any Parks & Recreation events are planned. If so apply for booth space.

4. BOOTH PRESENTATION:
It should appear like a serious set-up; professional, eye-catching and approachable.
A few tasteful items can be displayed, not too many.

Poster: Should be easy to see, clean lines, possess eye-appeal and not too wordy to confuse participants. If you read cards pick one and capitalize on it. Blow it up to 8 8 1/2” x 11” size in color at Kinko’s and use it to self promote on the poster. Make that card your gimmick to hook the public. Mine is “The Love Psychic”and the “SOULMATE SPECIALIST” sign. I use a large palm, works like a charm.

Costuming: All individuals should dress either in metaphysical garb or clean, neat clothing. No-no is to wear somber clothing such as black, navy or dark brown because this has an opposite effect on the fair participant than wanted. Bright colors or neat lines in neutral colors are the best way to present yourself.

Attitude: You have to be friendly to the public. The image you project is continual for the entire show, fair, or presentation. Eye-contact is of utmost importance with a warm personality and engaging conversation.

5. ADVERTISING MATERIALS:
Business cards, flyers or literature can be used for handouts. Need to be catchy so people will remember them. Too much verbiage turns many off in a brochure. All items should be displayed for picking up off the corner of your work space.

6. ADVERTISING IN PUBLICATIONS:
Get your name out in the public eye. The more times someone bumps into your name the more connected to you they feel. Yellow Pages in phone book, ads in metaphysical magazines, classified ads in local newspapers, in directories of metaphysical and light workers too. Contribute articles in metaphysical publications as often as you can with your by-line.

7. OTHER ADVERTISING INCLUDES:
Internet Page, phone message on machine stating where you will be appearing that week. Posting your flyer, brochure, or business card on bulletin boards in grocery stores, coffee shops, laundromats and in bookstores. (Note: You can’t be lazy about this chore or you will always have to pay to advertise. These are free postings.)

WORD OF MOUTH IS BEST WAY TO ADVERTISE.
Ask every client to recommend you to their circle of friends and acquaintances.

If you conduct readings at private or corporate parties always give out extra literature and ask the person being read to recommend your work in the future to their circle of friends, family and co-workers.

8. ENTERTAINMENT AGENCIES: (Locate in Yellow Pages in phone book)
Design a letter of introduction, mail it out to each one with your brochure and business card. Wait a few weeks, then call and re-introduce yourself. Keep notes of who contact was and what they told you. If they have a gig coming up they will mention it at that time. Never turn down work offered since they keep records and will not call you in the future if you aren’t easy to work with on their terms.

9. LETTER OF INTRODUCTION:
Send same letter to: organizations, schools, fraternities and sororities, night clubs in your area. Follow up in a few weeks. If you are cheaper than agency they might hire, you will get the gig. (Note: $100 hr is standard with 2 hour minimum.

Be aware of weekly newspapers, other publications; scan for up-coming events. Call and offer to work for them at a reduced rate if it is a benefit affair.

What does the future hold for me?
There are five basic lines on every human palm that carry the present, past and future. I study all three areas on the basic five lines. They are: Life Line, Love Line, (Soul Mate Symbol), Work Line, Reproduction and the Bracelets.

Will I live a long and healthy life?
The Life Line denotes the length of time a person can live. The lifetime length of a person can be calculated by counting the fingers (20 years each) and the space between each finger (ten years each). For any extra area on the Life Line I mentally add one to five years to extend it to the actual end of the line. I never predict the exact year a person will live to while on this earth, but give them a ballpark figure such in the early 90's or late 80's. A fork at the end of a Life Line = extended years. It would look like a stripe such as this: ________>. A "V" at the end of it is a good symbol. Forks represent good mental processing, a person who "gets it". EXAMPLE: the individual watches tv movie and figures out who did it, or reads a book and figures out the ending before it is finished.

Will I achieve my full potential during my lifetime?
One has only to wish, want, desire and hope to realize their dream A palm shows the possibility of goals that can be accomplished. I see if a person is strong enough to make things happen for themselves. Some people never dare to dream while others are constantly dreaming.

What should my expectations in love, relationships and marriage be for the future?
The Love Line gives me clues one’s love life from puberty to old age. It showcases loves past, current relationships, broken engagements, couples living together as man and wife under the same roof but not married, marriages and unions between two consenting adults. It displays depression, joy and frustration in romantic entanglements. Age of the partners can be determined by the length of the Love Line. Length of unions can also be figured out by the length and intensity of the lines. I look at the wishbone markings which equals a connection a person has and how it progresses in time. "V" equals two partners, each being one side of the line. Most hands have more than one connection. They do not always represent a union or marriage, but can .

Will I ever be content and find happiness?
Only time will tell if one can find utopia in this world. No one is perfect. Once that is established in the mind, it is possible to be content with your life. Happiness means different things to different people. Some count money and success as the top of the heap while others count their family, health and relationships as their highest peak.
If I have a problem how can I resolve it?
Everyone dreams; that is the way we work out our daily pressures and problems. Example: A neighbor yelled at you; you were insulted. That same night when you go to sleep you dream about something totally unrelated to help yourself get past the hurt so the next day you can go forward and move past their insults.

Can I have children? Will I have boys or girls?
Reproduction is the only line on the palm where two people are involved. The total number of marks on this spot determines the possibility of live births. Marks on the baby finger denote the total eggs a woman carries and how many children she is able to reproduce. Two kinds of lines, vertical and horizontal are located at this spot.
Vertical lines = boys: lllll
Horizontal lines = girls: __ ___
The male determines the final outcome of the birth, no matter what the woman carries on her palm. Example: a lady carries four marks, (typical number, nationally) all female. She mates with a man who carries only boys on his baby finger. That couple would reproduce boys since the male sperm out drives the females and they are faster and stronger. Her female eggs become male babies.

Will the birth of our children be OK?
There is no way a palmist can see if a pregnancy is OK. Only the medical profession can monitor that area. A person in strong, healthy physical condition can usually expect to do well during their pregnancies and deliveries.

What should I invest my money in?
Speculation in financial matters does not show up on the palm. However the letter "M" on a palm denotes money coming in and it also represents a person who is a survivor. If someone invested in a project and they had the "M" distinctly showing on their palm it would mean they would have great potential to bring wealth and prosperity to that individual. The money line must also visualize in conjunction with the "M" in order to create the atmosphere of greatness and success in business matters. When a person has both showing they can do no wrong. The money symbol is found on the baby finger side of the palm about 1" down from the wrist and is about 1" to 2" in length and runs diagonally.

Is my job secure?
The Work Line is found on the palm under the thumb and it is either heavily striped or intermittently striped here and there. The heavily striped palm shows a hard-working person. Sketchy lines on this area means the person worked, then stopped for a time, then started up again. I cannot predict one's job security, but can see if raises or promotions happened or are going to occur in the future.
Do you recommend I job-hunt now?
Being alert to opportunities in the business world are always options. If an individual is happy with the job and the people they work with there is no reason to run scared and job-hunt. But an up-to-date resume is a tool one should keep on the back burner for the day they might need it. I tell clients to keep their eyes and ears open, not be become oblivious to change in the workplace. A person is usually instinctive when it is time to think about moving on to another company.

LOVE LINE - AN INTRODUCTION USING PALMISTRY

Another designation for the Love line is the Heart line. Both imply romance, powerful feelings and elevated emotions. Early love experiences are lines found on the thumb side of the hand, running toward the center of the palm. Marriages visualize as a wishbone–shaped line representing two individuals in a union. Each side of the wishbone equals one partner; at the connection they are “one”. An unbroken wishbone line reveals harmony in the relationship. Chop marks represent choppy, uneven times in the relationship. Engagements, terminated relationships, the greatest love affair of the century, and everyday marriages, all of these connections are visible on the Love line. Experiences that impressed one as well as pain, hurt and despair show up on the Love line. Deep marks are telltale evidence of a person’s roller coaster love life.

Divorce visualizes as a slash mark across the bottom of the wishbone line; a flat line creating a triangle.

Death visualizes as a broken line and appears etched on the palm. It is located at the bottom of the wishbone line. There is an opening by the edge of the wishbone; it is not closed and cannot create a triangle.In both cases, finality is clearly marked.

The wishbone lines represent numerous years spent in a fulfilled union with a compatible spouse. Couples who truly love each other, share all life has to offer. This type of line is a 100% support system that is reciprocated. Long unions may show wear and tear, the ups and downs a family has endured.

In time couples begin to look, act and feel like one another, react in the same way, hate and love the same things, learn each other’s habits and routines. PEOPLE'S FAIR Denver CO

If you live in Colorado you have probably heard about the CHUN PEOPLE's FAIR. With 500 booths, it is by far the largest outdoor event in the state that is held each year at Civic Center Park in downtown Denver CO.

Over 300,000 attend it during the 2 days it runs. Hours on Sat and Sun. June 7-8, 2008:
